Hello and welcome to Petpals Sefton, I am Sharren and I live with my partner Dave and 2 sons – Fletcher and Tate. As well as my best friend, Lucy (a Cockerchon) I have 2 rabbits – Flopsy and Mopsy and I enjoy rescuing and rehoming gerbils.

I spent 22 years working in the digital forensics and cybersecurity field until being made redundant in October 2018. I knew I wanted a career and lifestyle change that encompassed my love of being outdoors, keeping fit and my passion for animals. As a teenager I used to volunteer at the local animal shelter and, according to my parents, I always said I was going to “live on my own with 10 dogs”, so Petpals was the perfect opportunity.

I walk my dog regularly and love being outside and talking to all the other dog owners in the area. There are some fabulous footpaths and parks along the Sefton coastline and I look forward to exploring these further.

At Petpals we are fully trained, security checked, insured and uniformed. In a branded van with professionally fitted and padlocked cages. We offer a range of flexible services that can be tailored to your specific needs including dog walking, home visits for cats and small pets (including fish, rodents and exotics), dog boarding, rabbit / guinea pig boarding, hamster/gerbil boarding and a pet taxi / pet to vet service. I have facilities for rabbit and Guinea pig boarding both indoor & outdoors and many large gerbil tanks available.
