Owner of Petpals Crawley

After growing up surrounded by animals, James wanted to use his extensive experience and love for pets by launching his own pet-care business.

James made the decision to launch Petpals Crawley in February 2023.

“After a long career in an estate agency and working as a tennis coach, I decided I needed a change. I wanted to go into an industry I was passionate about and a pet-care business seemed a great match, combining both my love of animals and business.” explained James.

“Since launching Petpals Crawley I have been overwhelmed by the local response and demand for our premium pet care services in the area. Discovery day

Spend the day with a member of our network and get a real feel for a ‘day in the life’ of a Petpals franchisee. We encourage you to ask lots of questions!

If you enjoyed your discovery day then we will invite you to come and meet the team at our head office in Hampshire so we can get to know each other further.

Operations planning

Let’s get planning! Once you have secured your exclusive territory we then get straight to work planning your business structure and setting out a plan of action for success.

Training week

You’ll spend a week at head office completing full training including hands-on dog handling skills, pet theory & business coaching provided by certified trainers. Along with systems, ops & technical training. (All included in your franchisee fee!)
