Job Summary

Petpals Crawley are looking for a Part Time Pet Carer to help primarily with dog walking and pet visits in Crawley and the surrounding areas. It is essential that applicants live in or around the Crawley area. The successful candidate will meet the following essential criteria and preference will be given to those who also meet the criteria listed as desirable.

Hours of Work

Hours can vary from day to day, so you will need to be relatively flexible. Weekdays only, between the hours of 9am – 5pm.

Experience

Owned or looked after dogs and cats (Essential)
Understanding basic pet care requirements (Essential)
Prior experience working with animals (Desirable)

Skills (All Essential)

Willing and able to walk dogs in all weathers
Able to walk dogs of all sizes and breeds
Confident in handling up to 4 dogs together

Flexible and Personable
Remain calm in an emergency
Caring and committed to providing the best possible care of animals
