Last night, Thursday 12th March, the Petpals team had the pleasure of attending the prestigious Elite Franchise Top 100 (EF100) Awards Evening in London – an event that celebrates some of the very best franchise brands in the UK.

This year marks our fifth consecutive year being recognised in the EF100 – an achievement we are incredibly proud of. Being included in this elite list reflects the hard work, dedication, and passion of our entire network.

The EF100 Awards highlight the top-performing franchise brands in the UK, judged on criteria such as growth, innovation, franchisee support, and community impact. The gala evening brought together franchisors, franchisees, and industry professionals for a black-tie celebration, complete with networking, a gala dinner, and the announcement of special awards recognising outstanding performance across the sector.
